Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) applies to your use of the Graft Services. This AUP supplements the Graft Software as a Service Agreement (the “SaaS Terms” and, together with the AUP, the “Agreement”). By using the Services, you understand and agree to be bound by the AUP. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meaning given in the SaaS Terms. Company may modify this AUP by posting a revised version on the Graft Site. By using the Services, you agree to the latest version of this AUP.

You may not use, or facilitate or allow others to use, the Services:

a. For any illegal or fraudulent activity;

b. To violate others’ rights;

c. To threaten, incite, promote, or actively encourage violence, terrorism or other physical or mental harm;

d. For any content or activity that promotes child sexual exploitation or abuse;

e. To violate the security, integrity or availability of any user, network, computer or communications system, software application, or network or computing device;

f. To distribute, publish, send or facilitate the sending of unsolicited mass email, spam, or other messages, promotions, advertising or solicitations.

The following content is prohibited on the Service:

g. Content that violates international or United States intellectual property laws;

h. Content that promotes suicide or self-harm, incites hate or violence against others, degrades or doxes another individual, depicts minors in sexually suggestive situations, or is otherwise illegal in the United States;

i. Content created or used primarily or substantially for the purpose of raising funds for known terrorist organizations (as listed on https://www.state.gov/foreign-terrorist-organizations/ or as may be determined by Company from time to time in its sole discretion);

j. Content that is illegal or offensive, or Content that includes or uses profanity or graphic language.

You acknowledge and agree that we may investigate any suspected violation of this AUP and remove or disable access as a result. You agree to cooperate with us to remedy any violation. To report any violation of this AUP, please contact us at support@graft.com.
